Call Centre Advisor
A position within a small highly skilled call centre team has opened and we are looking for energetic, motivated, customer service orientated people to become a part of this fantastic company.
Located in the Johnsonville area, as the new member of this team you will be:
- Providing advice on products and services
- Responding to inbound calls in a professional and timely manner
- Lodging new claims
- Mailing out necessary documentation
- Building strong relationships with clients and other members of the team
- Escalating queries via the appropriate channels

To be considered for this role it is ideal that youhave previous call centre experience, advanced MS Word and MS Excel skills and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in Financial or Insurance call centres is beneficial. Training will be provided.
