Learning State is a crown owned company, responsible for creating and delivering training programmes for organisations in central and local government. It’s accredited with the Tertiary Education Commission and the NZ Qualifications Authority as an Industry Training Organisation.
We are currently seeking two eager and enthusiastic Learning and Development Consultants to work in teams to identify client needs, develop solutions to those needs, and manage the delivery of those solutions.
As an L&D Consultant, you will also participate in quality assurance and evaluation of programmes and services, and have income and KPI targets which you will be required to meet.
Ideally you can demonstrate the following qualifications and experience:
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and relationship building skills
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
- Time management and organisational skills
- Qualification or experience in learning and development, adult education, learning solutions or materials design
Applicants that do not have a formal qualification, but experience in this field will be considered, however it is expected that they will undertake further education, training and skills assessment so that they become appropriately qualified.
