This exciting and varied role is key to the success of re-branding the Corporate Team‘s profile in our Tauranga office.As Team Leader Corporate, you will oversee all aspects of the management of the office, including reception and general administration services, as well as managing a Corporate Administrator. As your manager is based in Hamilton, you will have significant autonomy and accountability, at times taking a lead. You will also be expected to contribute to the NZ wide Corporate Team, particularly the newly formed Team Leader group, located around NZ.We are looking for someone who has:

  • Strong organisational and planning skills;
  • Experience in facilities / services management;
  • Some experience in cost centre management/budget review;
  • An ability to judge situations accurately and act in a timely manner;
  • Experience in managing other staff;
  • An ability to build and maintain external and internal relationships effectively; and
  • A great sense of humour.

We are looking for someone who can use their initiative to prioritise tasks, manage their own time, lead others, identify change and improve processes across the team.
