Insightful and knowledgeable, you’ll make it easy for customers to get where they want to be – with the right advice, proactive guidance and frontline support over the phone across a wide range of our banking products and services from Credit Cards to Account Enquiries, Direct Debits, Automatic Payments, and a whole lot more.Because it is essential we are available when our customers need us, our Customer Service Centre operates 7 days a week, 7am – 11pm, 365 days per year. We are therefore looking for candidates who are flexible across a variety of day, evening and weekend full time shifts and who thrive in an ever-changing environment.Previous banking or financial services experience preferred but not essential, with experience in a service or sales role an advantage.
