Working manager position
Our unique Lotus Day Spa offers our clients a beautiful environment and we are looking for someone who can help us to complete the package and provide excellence in customer service.
This role offers the opportunity to manage, work and grow your own column and client base and would be ideal for a mature therapist wanting to take control of their career. The applicant must able to demonstrate they can tie a team of skilled beauticians together with the understanding that client satisfaction is the key to our success.
Applicants should have at least five years previous experience and be able to manage themselves and others. Evening and weekend work will be required and full beauty and body skills would be an advantage.
We have systems and staff training in place and you will be required to maintain these, so excellent record keeping is required, along with safe practice and procedures including hygiene.
