We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Sample Preparation Assistant to be based at our Analytical Research Lab (ARL) in Napier. In this role you’d be preparing samples for testing, helping with wash-up duties and carrying out administration tasks to support the analytical services for our customers. This is a permanent full time position with the hours of work being Monday to Friday, 7.00am – 4.00pm, with some additional hours being required during our peak times.We need a team player with a general understanding of lab procedures, the ability to work to deadlines with strong attention to detail and cleanliness. An interest in soil, plant and animal nutrition would be beneficial as would familiarity with Microsoft Word & Excel.
