Were the best at what we do and the biggest NZ software exporter!We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to partner with our Development Group and manage our Internal Recruitment Consultant. Your role will include recruitment, compliance, remuneration, performance management, HR advice and support for our managers. Youll be proactive and experienced in pioneering new initiatives. This role requires someone who is enthusiastic, with good attention to detail, a sense of humour and someone who turely enjoys technology. We have an energetic, talented and innovative team that has fun working together, youll thrive on being busy its never boring in our team!To be successful in this role you will have:
- Atleast5 years of generalist HR experience
- Bachelors degree preferably specialising in Human Resource Management
- Working understanding of NZ employment legislation
- Experience in performance management, policy and procedure creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong recruitment experience preferably in the IT sector
- Strong time management, organisation and multi-tasking skills
