This is a high level Change Management role within a major SAP implementation project. Available aspermanent fulltime role with Cubic Consultingor as fixed term contract, this opportunity will see you lead and drive Change in this large organisation based in Melbourne.
Responsible for the wider Change Management team and a key focus on one large division you will be accountable for but not limited to:
- Validation of Change Strategy including a review of lessons learnt
- Stakeholder engagement / management
- Development and deployment of Communications and Engagement Plan
- Business Impact Assessment
To be successful in this role you have:
- Strong Change Management background
- Experience in successfully leading Change Management teams, ideally within SAP implementation projects
- Excellent capabilities to engage with stakeholders across various business levels
- Strong business acumen
- Outcome focused
- Ability to build strong relationships
