Working for an inspirational, positive manager the successful candidate will be tasked with taking ownership of the accounting for the fixed assets within the organisation.
This is where your passion for technical accounting and your exposure to large organisations comes to the fore as you will be charged with ensuring that all of the Fixed Asset records within the organisation are prepared in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with the required accounting standards.
It is expected that the successful candidate will be CA/CPA qualified with at least 4-5 years post qualified experience. Technical accounting will be your passion and your experience in this regard will ideally have been gained from within a large multi-national environment. Whilst a practical knowledge of Fixed Assets would be advantageous, someone who has touched on accounting for fixed assets in their previous role will be considered.
What are essential however are effective interpersonal skills and the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues. Experience working with a large ERP preferred.
