In case youve never heard of Animates we are a pet specialty retailer. My name is Rufus, Animates Ambassador and friend to all pets. Ive been working for Animates since we opened our first store way back in 1996. We now have20 stores throughout New Zealand and are growing quickly, so advancement in our business is an every day reality. Animates leads the way with the care and support for all creatures great and small.
We are ready to take on a self-sufficienttrainee manager whohas had retail or direct selling experience, coupled with supervisory skills to lead from the front. You will be paid a good salary and could be next in line for a Store Management position. This is a realistic goal,depending on your determination, motivation and skills.
You will need to have the following:
- Direct Sales experience
- Planning skills and ideas with strategies for improvement
- The ability to coach and mentor sales staff
- Leadership knowledge and experience
- Energy to create a buzz within your team
- Training knowledge with implementation.
