Corporate Support is looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join the team working in the Wellington Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong reception and administration skills who is looking to join a team that prides itself on delivering service excellence, responsible for the delivery of consistent, efficient and effective administration and front of house functions.The days of work will be Thursdays and Fridays and the applicant will need to have flexibility to works extra days (on a standard rate) to cover sickness, holidays and leave etc.Working with the other Wellington Receptionist/Administrator, you will be responsible for providing:
- reception and telephone services
- security
- general administrative support to managers and staff.
We are looking for a motivated individual with:
- an ability to establish relationships with a wide range of people and someone who enjoys working as part of team
- excellent reception and administration skills including the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
- excellent customer service skills
- a desire to provide exemplary reception and administration support
- experience with Microsoft Office, and preferably Lotus Notes, coupled with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- the ability to follow administrative processes whilst also identifying opportunities for improvement.
