WHAT’S ON OFFER?
We have a great opportunity for a people-person with analytical skills, ideally with previous experience in training, as well supporting and / or implementing application software.
You will form part of our Legal Systems Team supporting our long-standing and very successful product, Infinitylaw. Your primary responsibility will be to provide training and support services for our legal clients throughout New Zealand.
As part of the installation and training function of your role, you will assist your clients with pre-installation planning, and provide on-site and remote training on the system to Legal Practice staff at all levels. The support component of your role which involves talking to clients and helping resolve any issues that they may have with the software will allow you to develop strong, on-going relationships with your clients, in a way that sees you becoming a natural extension to their work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- The ability to establish and maintain relationships with people at all levels
- The ability to deliver application training with confidence and enthusiasm to groups of professional people
- A highly organised approach to your work, and the ability to work to a strict project plan
- The ability to meet agreed deadlines (or re-negotiate if necessary)
- Self-motivation, the ability and eagerness to learn and maintain a knowledge of the Infinitylaw product, its database, how it is supported, and how it is used in a law office environment and to become passionate about it as a tool for Legal firms,
- Proven problem resolution skills.
- An ability with figures (Trust accounting knowledge would be an advantage)
- MS Office skills
- Previous Law office experience would also be an advantage, but is not essential
- The ability, willingness and on-going desire to travel as part of your job (you should plan to be away from home for around one week to two weeks per month)
