About the RoleYou will be responsible for growing our business within your region through innovative candidate attraction, sourcing and identification, management and placement of suitably qualified and quality applicants. Your specific role may also require infrequent travel across Mining operations in remote areas which will be fully funded by the company.About YouTo ensure your success in the role, you will have sound knowledge of the recruitment process with a good understanding of a technical discipline(s) within the Mining, Engineering and Energy industries. You will be comfortable in speaking with applicants daily and effective at building and maintaining healthy relationships with clients. You will have sound knowledge of basic business principles, marketing, relationship development and an understanding of the work ethic required to be successful in recruitment.
