A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Claims Consultant to join the Vero – AMPG team, based in Wellington‘s CBD.As a Claims Consultant within our Commercial Claims team, you will case manage a range of commercial claims, ensuring ongoing high standards of customer satisfaction are met. You will play a key role in end to end service delivery, including liaison with our brokers and insurance specialists.To succeed in this role, you will preferably bring experience in commercial insurance claims and insurance products. However, we would also consider applicants with previous general/domestic claims experience. You will pride yourself on your outstanding customer service and negotiation skills.
