This role is for an experienced Electrical Engineer with more than 10 years experience and who can train and develop a team of junior electrical engineers. Along with guiding and developing the engineers technically, your role is to delegate work flows and work streams to ensure that project deadlines are met and that the engineers are working according to their strengths and interests.You will also be the discipline lead for Electrical Engineering and often involved in peer reviews and co-ordinating work from the other technical teams.The team has a mixture of technical skills, including I& E, SCADA, DCS and general electrical engineering associated with oil and gas projects.The work is also diverse, from field work, shutdown systems design to project management and mentoring and training. If you have a strong O&G background including maintenance and design then likely you will be a strong fit.The company has a very high retention rate and has consistently grown in recent years which has resulted in the need for a senior electrical engineer to step in and take the team under his wing.Salary and package are excellent and career opportunities are extensive.
