Our client currently requires an adminsitator to join their Financial Advisors team. This is a full-time, fixed -term position to cover Materinty Leave based in our clients offices in Addington.Purpose of the role:To ensure all administrative support to Financial Advisers is completed in an accurate, efficient and timely manner, and to ensure a high standard of customer service and compliance at all times in line with new regulations.Experience and knowledge required:- Previous general office administration in a professional environment Intermediate word and intermediate excel required- Previous experience as an Administrator for a Corporate Company- Knowledge of wrap platforms and CRM systems- Knowledge of the New Zealand financial services industry including Estate Planning desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided- an understanding of the financial markets, financial planning industry and Estate Planning.5 core competencies necessary: – Excellent time management skills- Accurate typing speed of no less than 60 words per minute- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written- Good sense of humour- Work well under pressureTo register your interest in this position either follow the application instructions below or email a Word version of your CV to Charlette King at charlette.king@madison.co.nz.
