An opportunity has opened up and we are seeking to appoint a Systems Analyst to join our Information Systems Group working alongside an experienced team of IT professionals.You will be responsible for the technical support of Fulton Hogan‘s custom application and document management and collaboration environments, ensuring alignment to business initiatives and day to day availability and performance. You will assist in the project delivery of system changes, analyse and understand the system implications of requirements, provide expert knowledge to drive system adoption and liaise with service providers. Whilst being responsible for the broad management of these core technologies and vendors, vital to the ongoing success of these platforms will be your ability and willingness to understand the detail.You will thrive in an enterprise level IS environment and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong customer service orientation.In addition you will possess:
- A tertiary qualification in IT/IS related fields.
- A proven ability to form strong relationships with internal clients and opportunity to extend this to key vendors.
- Proven experience managing web-delivered applications. Experience with Salesforce.com and UCM is highly desirable.
