Thetypes of products you will be promoting areCredit Cards, Insurances, Home Loans and Personal Loans.We are extremely focused upon providing you with the right training and tools to ensure you are able to perform at your best and therefore offer a structured and exciting induction and on-boarding process. This consists of an initial4 week classroom based training program, up to two months in our Customer Service Centre allowing you to get to understand our customers, systems and products as well as additional product and sales training before you are transitioned into the Sales & Lending team.In order to be available when our customers need us we are looking for candidates who are flexible across a variety of day, evening and weekend shifts. Our centre is open Monday – Friday 8.00am and 8.30pm as well as Saturday from 9.00am – 3.00pm.How we can help youOur Call Centres are located in the heart of Auckland‘s historic Britomart precinct.
