YB 12 Coaches are trained and supported by us to make a difference in the lives of people. As a YB 12 Coach you can choose to work with individuals clients, small groups or even employee groups of businesses.
We offer our Youth potential program for teenagers free of charge and you can participate in this program as well if you like the idea of making a difference in the lives of teens.
This is a genuine and real opportunity for you to develop a Coaching consultancy working with clients to help them better their lives.
Did you know that the biggest problem for people who want to be a part of the personal development field as a practitioner including Life coaches, NLP Practitioners, personal development seminar presenters and others is that after their initial training they are out on their own?
There is often little to no ongoing support nor is there a structured collaborative approach to helping you secure clients.
People from all walks of life are joining us as a YB 12 Coach. As long as you have a displayed passion for helping others you can apply to join our team. However to support the quality and substance of our program materials we thought wed let you know that 7 Psychologists and 6 counsellors have joined our YB 12 Coaching team because they appreciate that our focus is on educating and empowering clients to flourish and see possibilities not problems. Also that we are client focused and not into wealth creation style schemes.

Our ongoing weekly trainings are designed to help you deepen your understanding of the materials youll deliver to your clients.
