In this role you will effectively lead the Service Enhancement team by monitoring workflow, performance and achievement against agreed set service levels and milestones to ensure excellence in all customer service delivery. You will manage key relationships within the customer services department and across the organisation. You will also be involved in project management of department and cross organisational improvement and new initiative projects.
Our ideal candidate will have five years experience in a leadership role with a customer service focus along with project management experience and a proven record in change management. A self manager, you will be organised and have strong relationship management skills with a real people focus and experience in managing key stakeholders. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills.
