The Nightingale Group specialises in providing quality; nursing bureau, permanent recruitment and community care services to a wide range of clients and patients throughout New Zealand.
As part of our continued growth we are looking for an energetic Registered Nurse to provide on-going support for our operations in the Oamaru area.
The role involves providing local support for all our business activities in; staff recruitment, interviewing, induction, training, competency assessments and orientation, patient/client assessments for community care, and service monitoring.
Key Attributes:
- Sound organisational and people management skill and experience.
- The ability to relate to; staff, patients and their families, as well as colleagues throughout the healthcare sector.
- A current APC.
- Ideally 5+ years fulltime equivalent nursing experience.
