A superb opportunity has arisen to join the RM, environmental and local government team driven by a young and progress partnership with a depth of experience.
The role is all encompassing and will include resource management, environmental, local government and planning. The firm has vey strong relationships with a number of local council who are to embark on their five year plans. A lot of the work will revolve around the drafting, wording and writing of the plans and their application to the Acts. You will need to ensure that what is written in such a way that it will stand up to challenges from interested parties as well. It is expected that the next few years is going to be very busy and other interesting work will follow from this.
Ideally you will have 5-7 years experience in commercial law with some of that experience in RM, planning and local government. You will be looking for a senior position with like minded people. The culture is collegial and inclusive with an open and approachable attitude to the work that they do. You will get quality work from the out set.
