As aproudly 100% NZ owned company; they continue to build on market share and are enjoying significant growth. To meet this demand and to ensure top level client service, they are strengthening their team by appointing an experienced Key Account Manager.
On their behalf we are seeking a seasoned Telecommunications Account Manager, who will be responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of their key clients, engaging with these to deliver solutions to suit their business needs.
To be successful in this role you must have
- Senior experience with telecommunications technologies
- Ability to find solutions that suits clients business requirements,built around Voice, Mobile and Data services.
- Ability to identify & attract new business through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Ability to build robust relationships & manage sales opportunities & customer loyalty.
- Take ownership of escalated queries & deliver an efficient service
- Ability to manage a busy workload
- An above average technical understanding
- Hunger to keep abreast of developing technologies
- Aconfident Make it happen attitude
We are seeking candidates that can bring their technical expertise to provide in-depth, consultation with clients, delivering the most appropriate solution for their specific needs and long term strategies. We want to attract applicants that understand the upper SME/ME space, preferably who have worked in this sector before and know how it operates. You will need to have experience in communicating in a client facing situationas well as managing email and phone service requests. To ensure the smooth running of this business portfolio it is essential that you have proven Account Management experience and can demonstrate a true client service focus and follow-up capability.
