Manpower are currently recruiting for experienced Call Centre Operators. As we are a Professional Recruitment Company, we have a variety of rolesbecome availableon a regular basis with a number of clients across Christchurch.
What we are looking for specifically:
- Experience working in an inboundcall centre (as opposed to outbound) as a customer services representative
- Proven capabilities handling high call volumes
- Sound computer skills particularly in MS Word, Excel and relevant software to call centre depending on where you have worked
- Be available full time and willing to consider a fixed term position
- Be able to provide 2 work related referees
- Enjoy working in a call centre and continuing your career in this field
- Ideally be immediately available or with a minimal notice period if currently in a role
