Mountain Designs are currently recruiting for a Store Manager that can make a difference! This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a fun and supportive atmosphere that allows you to take ownership of your role. We are seeking anenthusiasticsales and customer service focused individual, with a passion for the outdoors for the Store Manager position at our successful Onehunga Outlet store.
Youll need to be a self-motivated leader who can meet budgets and sales targets, has a flair for visual merchandising, and a genuine passion for retail and the outdoors. Previous retail management experience a must.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Day to day store operations including managing the sales floor
- Monitoring and achieving store sales budgets
- Ensuring a high standard in customer service
- Staff development and training
- Stock management and store presentation
- Managing the promotions and visual merchandising

To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Previous retail management experience
- Proven sales record & strong customer service skills
- Be results driven and approachable to both Customers and Retail Assistants
- Mature minded and a confident communicator
- Presentable and well mannered
