This opportunity is for a true financial extraordinaire who understands how to deal with large populace of approximately 300 staff all while having a great attitude and enthusiasm for working within a fantastic company! This business is expanding rapidly so this role will require attention to detail as you will be responsible for:
- Handling queries around payroll and staff
- Processing leave entitlements
- Conducting fortnightly pays
- Ensure pay records are correct and complete
- Liaise wage / disbursement requirements
- Maintain PAYE/KiwiSaver records
This role will also include Account payable responsibilities such as
- Collating / processing invoices
- Preparing payment batches
- Ensuring that creditors accounts ( 100+) are maintained and debts are paid
- Maintaining a fixed asset register
- Actioning any creditors queries or requirements
- Handling a small amount of accounts receivable
- Producing reports and statistical information
You will be perfect for this position if you love working with a vibrant and well natured team and have a strong desire to provide outstanding internal customer service. Having a few years experience in working within a similar role already you will be able to hit the ground running!
