This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and expanding SME in a newly created Financial Controller position. You will take responsibility for the Finance function and report to the directors of the organisation . You must be able to review, design, and produce, management i reports on a monthly basis, Providing meaningful management information to ensure the business continues to grow and develop.You will also take the lead role in short and long term cash flow management, playing your part in managing relations with banks also. You will be expected to recommend changes that will improve the companys financial performance and financial controls and develop systems and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the companys finances.As the main point of contact to External Auditors and Accountants, you will possess solid technical skills and have a proven background in the production of the annual accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to have a real impact on a business so you will need to be proactive, creative and ambitious. Requirements: qualified Accountant (or qualified by experience), with strong management accounting skills and financial control.
