Chef/ Operations Manager

NZs iconic family restaurant chains want a dynamic, highly motivated person who has extensive hospitality and food experience, and is able to display financial and business acumen.
Do you have the ability to lead and communicate strongly in a franchise environment, building excellent relationships while assisting to grow the business?
We are looking for a person with the following attributes:
- Qualifications as a Chef and previous hospitality experience
- Strong background in food with an understanding of menu design, K.P.Is and a broad knowledge of the food and hospitality industry
- Adaptable and flexible, as this role demands a self-motivated, hands on person who can meet the industry challenges, while at the same time achieving agreed K.P.Is
- Ability to identify new opportunities and implement changes within the franchise community
You must be able to spend time away assisting franchise owners, achieve agreed strategies as required.
