This leading central Auckland hotel property provides outstanding levels of service and superior guest experience. To maintain quality standards and lead an efficient and effective Housekeeping team, we seek the skills of an experienced Executive Housekeeper.
Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, you are tasked with managing this key department to budget and with maximum productivity, while ensuring highest possible quality standards. As part of the hotels Executive Committee, you will also be take part in the strategic vision of the hotel, as well as implementing quality assurance measures.
You have previous Executive Housekeeping experience, with a preference for larger properties and 5 star operations. You have proven departmental management skills, with cost and quality control abilities and you are an inspirational and motivating team leader. You understand a demanding environment and know how to get the desired results under any circumstance. You are driven by quality and achieving departmental goals.
