An opportunity exists for an experienced HR Manager to join an established Financial Services organisation based in Auckland.
This is an exciting contract, initially 3 -4 months in length and encompassing both a strategic and operational focus. You will enjoy working in this fantastic culture which is people focused.
Reporting to the CEO, you will leadthe HRteam. Responsibilities will include;
- Training and Development, requiring a demonstrated knowledge of L & D.
- Recruitment and Selection
- Organisational Development/ Change Management
- Performance Management
- Budgeting and Reporting
- Employee Relations
We are seeking an individual with 10+ years successful HRexperience, who has proved themselves in commercial environments. Ideally the successful applicant will have had anexposure to the financial services industry but this is not essential.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Human Resources qualification
- Proven experienced of Change Management and Organisational Development
- Experience managing various projects, with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Staff Management experience
- Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships and develop trust
- Excellent communication skills
