Were looking for someone who shares our customer focus, has a positive approach and has a real knack for building relationships to join our busy team at Carters Petone.As a Customer Service Representative across our timber yard and/or the bulk store youll have a range of duties including providing service to customers, unloading product deliveries on site, assembling and loading customer orders, and processing sales documentation.The person were looking for will be happy to take a hands-on approach as some heavy lifting will be required. Youll also need a current F endorsement (forklift) licence; an OSH accredited forklift certificate would be an advantage.Ensuring we deliver a quality service and product on time, were looking for a motivated and conscientious team player, who takes pride in exceeding customer expectations. You will ideally have experience in the building products industry with knowledge of timber, hardware and panel supplies but more essentially youll have the right attitude towards learning and providing a service that really sets us apart from the rest.Youll be rewarded with a competitive wage plus benefits such as superannuation and health insurance.
