Are you currently an experienced fashion retail Store Manager, looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to create a huge impact? Then look no further as Jay Jays are seeking a SpectacularStore Manager to join their Coastlands store.
Jay Jays is famous for fast fashion at easy on the pocket prices. We are a youth brand offering an extensive product range including: street wear, surf styles, casual basics and accessories. Jay Jays has always been about not taking life too seriously, staying true to who we are and what we stand for Great product at great value prices.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to pump up the music, roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty whilst shaping the way that the store will look. This store has not yet reached its true potential and for a manager with initiative, this is a great opportunity to drive sales whilst having lots of fun!
To succeed in this role you must have a genuine love of the Jay Jays quirky and funky brand, creating a fun and unique experience for the Jay Jays customer by providing them with the latest looks as well as promoting expression of freedom and individuality.
Hours for this role are Tues-Sat, total: 40 hrs
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience as a retail store manager within a high volume environment
- Ability to lead and direct the store to maximise sales
- Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI & shrinkage targets
- Visual merchandising skills working from a brief with a creative flair
- Experience in building, managing and training a team
- Sales and performance driven using appropriate tools and strategies to motivate your team to achieve a desired outcome
- Experience in developing a team using succession plans
- Knowledge in understanding a business and building on it
- Excellent customer connection skills using appropriate strategies to execute a strong customer drive
