As a Travel Insurance Claims Assessor you will need to use your investigative and intuition skills to assess travel claims made, liaise with third parties and advise customers of the claim outcome. The process involves interpreting and applying various travel insurance policy wordings to each claimed situation and making sound decisions.
This role is a combination of administration and customer service with some inbound and outbound calling to follow up with customers. Your success will be measured by a set number of processed claims to be made each day.
We are looking for detail oriented people with a detective eye, who arent afraid to ask the questions to get to the bottom of things, while still maintaining the highest level of customer service possible. You must be available for a February 7thstart and to work up to 7:00 pm once per week.
