Compass Health supports General Practices spanning the lower North Island of New Zealand. We work collaboratively with a wide range of primary care providers to enhance the wellbeing of our community.
- Lead a regional multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals.
- Assist in developing Primary Care capability in the provision of mental health services within the MidCentral District.
- Provide clinical advice and support to General Practice and Central PHO and Compass Health Primary Mental Health Teams.
- Have a clinical background in Mental Health, hold a current practising certificate and have a sound understanding of Primary Mental Health.
- Have a sound knowledge of current mental health services, and be able to assist with developing the effective integration of Primary and Secondary services.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership, coordination and facilitation skills.
