Located in CBD Wellington, this star 4.5 apartment style 50 room hotel is making a name for itself in regards to guest satisfaction and the reason why is; all the staff help carry bags, park cars, advise guest where to eat, everyone helps everyone in this small team, even the GM answers the phone. Yes there is time to hide in the office but you will be heavily involved in helping reservations with 3rd party online rate strategy, forecasting and helping the general manager achieving the hotel budget results and ensuring the sales and marketing plan can be meet!The PrognosisFind someone with the following:-* 2 years + as Duty Manager or a minimum or 12 months as senior receptionist in a 4* + hotel Able to write and implement procedure and policy for front office department. Have superior guest service and the ability to train staff Financially minded and want to learn how to write budgets Able to drive extra revenue through front desk.
