They require an experienced Nurse, passionate about providing excellent quality care to their residents, to manage their Care Centre.The successful candidate will: Be a highly competent clinical practitioner able to lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams and provide clinical supervision Have substantial Hospital and / or Aged care experience in a leadership capacity Have experience in the training and development of clinical teams to ensure staff deliver best clinical practice Be a proven and compassionate communicator and have the ability to form effectiverelationships with residents and their families, Be familiar with Health and Disability sector standard and District Health boardrequirements for residential care.
