About the Role:
In this role you will be responsible for outbound calls to existing clients to promote a range of products. You will also handle inbound queries, and develop relationships with existing customers.
You will work with a friendly, supportive team and on occasion take part in product promotions with further incentives to identify new business and upsell to existing customers.
You will be responsible for:
- Outbound calls to customers to identify new business for the sale of consumable products to existing customers
- Answeringinbound calls from customers
- Handling customer queriesand responding by email and phone
- Entering sales data into the computer system
- Greeting visitors to the office as and when required
- Ongoing liaison with fellow team members and internal divisions
- Working with team members to identify opportunities to strengthen and improve team performance
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have the following:
- Experience in telephone sales, inbound and outbound calls (call centre experience an advantage)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
You will also have:
- A passion for sales
- A high level of drive and motivation
- A confident phone manner
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Computer literacy – MS Word, Excel and Outlook
