New role on to the market, chance to join a small team leading the way within a niche space and part or a larger highly respected organisation based in the Auckland CBD.Were looking for experienced solution consultant with solid knowledge of the payments industry who possesses a true consultative approach and in depth technical knowledge of the payments environment.If successful, you will ensure delivery of fit for purpose solutions for our customers through consultation and design. Ensuring customer payment solutions are delivered to the highest possible quality through presales and functional support.Your main responsibilities will include:
- Work directly with the customer to help them develop their business and technical requirements and then work with internal teams to identify, analyse and translate customer needs into high level designs
- Engage with customers technical teams to understand technical constraints and opportunities
- Work closely with business analysts to ensure full understanding of customer business requirements
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction through the delivery of the highest quality pre-sales support
To be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate in-depth technical understanding of the payments environment ideally having come from a similar position. Your communication skills will be second to none and you will be able to see build solid working relationships at all levels.This is a new role as the team is expanding, in return for your experience you can expect a base salary of $80,000 – $100,000 (dependent on experience) plus a highly achievable bonus and benefits package.
