The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the day to day Learn To Swim instructors and Learn To Swim programs atTauranga’s largest swimming club.
This will involve instructor training, term by term adminstration and being the face of Learn to Swim poolside.
Great written and personal communication skills are essential, as is extensive knowledge of how children progress through learn to swim levels. Experience of managing staff is desirable but not essential.
Further opportunities for training and development are available to the right candidate.
Candidates must hold a NZ Certificate in swim teaching or equivalent.
