You have a knack of creating energy in any workplace and your enthusiasm, drive and passion motivates your team day in / day out!You will demonstrate a proven and successful track record in a similar large retail environment. You will have a wealth of experience in driving retail sales, coaching and development, implementing strategic plans, working with a Support Office, and ensuring constant, unrivalled top level customer service is experienced by anyone that walks through your doors. You will be an effective planner, organiser and communicator.
