An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Human Resources Manager with New Zealands leading fertiliser manufacturer and distributor.Ballance Agri-Nutrients supplies quality fertiliser products to farmers and horticultural specialists throughout the country.We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the development and implementation of best practice human resources systems across the business and subsidiary companies. Reporting to the General Manager of Corporate Services, this key role will determine the strategic priorities for the department, and provide technical expertise and support to build the capability and influence the culture of the business.To be successful in this role you will need:
- A tertiary human resources qualification
- A minimum of 10 years experience in a generalist Human Resources role
- A minimum of 5 years experience in managing a team
- Proven experience in change management
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Strong internal customer focus
- Proven background of project delivery
This roles plays a key role in influencing the executive team and supporting line managers. The successful applicant will have sound strategic and technical knowledge, a high degree of resilience and experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
