The Hepatitis Foundation of New Zealand is a non-profit national organisation whose mission is to promote positive health outcomes through education and research into viral hepatitis. It offers support and follow-up for people living with chronic hepatitis B and C throughout New Zealand.
From 2012 The Foundation has been funded by the Ministry of Health to pilot and implement a national programme to improve the health services for those living with hepatitis C.
We are looking to employ a team of highly skilled professionals, based in our newly established office in Tauranga, who will deliver this innovative programme.
Senior Office Administrator
Your role will involve:
  • Establishing and maintaining superior office administration systems and operations
  • Directing other administrative staff
  • Overseeing front of office operations and first point of contact for clients
  • Overseeing day to day running of hepatitis C helpline
In applying you will:
  • Be a highly trustworthy and self-motivated individual able to independently manage this key responsibility
  • Have strong experience in office administration
  • Exhibit outstanding organisational, time management, and customer relationship skills
  • Have the flexibility to work within a small team engaged in a dynamic programme
