The person: We have a wonderful opportunity available for a strong team leader with a proven ability for motivating others to provide high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
The job: The Client Support Team Leader is responsible for achieving client satisfaction and productivity targets by effectively managing a team of support representatives. You will maximise sales by creating, and effectively managing leads and opportunities. In addition, you will also be responsible for ensuring the achievement of team, and individual targets around productivity, sales, conversion and quality.

The experience required: To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate an ability to:
- Effectively manage an inbound support/sales team to meet defined targets
- Achieve “stretch” client satisfaction and sales targets
- Act as a coach to promote the development and advancement of team members
- Develop a sales culture and communicate across a range of stakeholders
The skills required: To succeed in this role you will possess the following skills:
- Customer service – manage difficult or emotional customer situations
- Problem solving – use reason even when dealing with emotional topics
- Team work – able to build morale and group commitment to goals and objectives
- People management – include team members in planning, decision making, facilitating and process improvement
